Terms of Use

By using AXDIX sites, apps, and services you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If a signed Services Agreement or DPA exists, it governs in case of conflict.

1) Definitions

• Services: web/app/hosting/support.
• Content: any text or media on the platform.
• Account: a user identity with credentials.

2) Eligibility & Accounts

Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and notify us immediately of unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate for abuse or violations of law.

3) Intellectual Property

All marks, designs, software, and content are owned by or licensed to AXDIX. You receive a revocable, limited, non-commercial license. No copying, derivatives, or distribution without written consent.

4) User Content

By uploading content you grant AXDIX a non-exclusive license to host, run, and display it as needed to provide the service. You are responsible for rights and legality.

5) Acceptable Use

• Comply with the laws of the State of Palestine and applicable jurisdictions.
• No harm to security, privacy, or intellectual property.
• No malware or resource abuse.
• No collection of sensitive data without a valid legal basis and required consent.

6) Third Parties

The platform may include external tools or links such as analytics or ads. Your use is governed by providers’ terms. Outputs are not warranted.

7) Payments

If purchases exist, prices are shown before checkout and taxes/fees apply. Fraudulent orders may be canceled.

8) Disclaimers & Liability

Services are provided “as is” without warranties. AXDIX is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits/data to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify AXDIX for claims arising from your breach of these Terms or violations of rights or law.

10) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Palestine (as in force in the West Bank). Exclusive jurisdiction and venue lie with the competent courts in the West Bank, without prejudice to either party’s right to seek urgent interim relief.

11) Regulatory Compliance

We follow privacy and cookie rules as detailed in the Privacy Policy and honor Global Privacy Control where required, adopting it as a standard.

12) Changes

We may update these Terms. Changes take effect upon posting.
