This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you as a client or user and AXDIX Creative Digital Agency. By browsing this website or contracting for our software and design ecosystems, you acknowledge your full, unconditional acceptance of and compliance with these terms.
Your utilization of AXDIX platforms or the execution of any project Order Form represents explicit consent to these terms. If acting on behalf of a corporate entity, you confirm possessing full legal authority to bind said entity to this framework.
AXDIX centralizes its primary core operations and human resources inside Palestine, where our baseline engineering costs are structurally optimized. ⚠️ BINDING COMMERCIAL NOTICE: Due to variables in cross-border regulatory compliance, international banking transaction overheads, localized time-zone support allocation, and distributed regional cloud infrastructure fees; all published rates (such as Scale or Techlabs packages) are strictly optimized for clients operating within Palestine. Projects requested, managed, or deployed from outside the State of Palestine will vary and are subject to dynamic international pricing metrics.
AXDIX provisions elite architectural solutions in brand identity engineering, full-stack software development, cloud infrastructure deployment, and digital transformation consulting. • The explicit Scope of Work (SoW) is defined via dedicated contractual addenda for each engagement. • Any supplemental variants or feature requests outside the active package framework are subject to progressive pricing revisions.
• The client is bound to clear all financial fees relative to the assigned installment calendar prior to operational kick-off. • For recurring billing cycles, subscriptions auto-renew unless explicitly cancelled in writing 14 business days prior to renewal. • AXDIX reserves the absolute legal right to suspend system development or withhold access to live source codes and digital deliverables in the event of active invoice delinquency.
• AXDIX retains absolute proprietary ownership over its baseline methodologies, internal architectural assets, and pre-existing source frameworks. • Upon full settlement of all pending contractual financial dues, absolute ownership of final bespoke designs, visual assets, and customized codebase deliverables transfers entirely to the client. AXDIX maintains the right to showcase elements in its architectural portfolio for marketing purposes, absent an explicit restrictive Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
Clients are rigidly restricted from executing or using software solutions engineered by AXDIX for any deployment conflicting with local or international legislation. Prohibited actions include: reverse engineering proprietary frameworks, distributing illegal digital assets, or deploying solutions to malicious environments targeting global cybersecurity infrastructure.
• Either party may terminate an active agreement upon material default by the opposing party, subject to a 10-business-day formal cure notice period. • In the event of client-instigated project cancellation without a proven operational failure by the agency, all Down Payments remain fully non-refundable to offset dedicated computational and human resource allocation costs.
This framework is governed by, construed, and enforced in complete alignment with the applicable laws active within Palestine (West Bank), including the Decree-Law on Cybercrimes, the Electronic Transactions Law, and the local Consumer Protection Law. The competent courts of Palestine (Ramallah) maintain absolute, exclusive jurisdiction over any unresolved litigation arising under this framework, following an initial mandatory 30-day alternative dispute resolution (ADR) period executed in good faith.
AXDIX deploys its systems using elite engineering best-practices. We do not, however, warrant specific financial metrics or commercial revenue outcomes. The agency remains exempt from liability regarding indirect damages, profit loss, or third-party cloud infrastructure and web hosting latency out of our direct sphere of management.
