AXDIX — Global Data Protection Matrix Architecture (2026)
Welcome to AXDIX. We handle your digital data and cyber identity with the same rigorous engineering standards and clean philosophy that we apply to building our luxury brand identities. This document is dedicated to providing the highest levels of transparency and legal integrity to ensure your absolute privacy protection and build a relationship based on mutual trust.
The independent Data Controller responsible for processing is AXDIX Creative Digital Agency, legally represented via our official compliance and digital security email: [email protected]. As a Data Processor: When AXDIX provides technical or consulting services to an enterprise client whose operations involve processing third-party data, we act exclusively under the client's direct instructions and in accordance with an enhanced Data Processing Agreement (DPA) executed between both parties.
AXDIX is headquartered in Palestine, where its core creative and technical operations are centralized and deployed to serve local, regional, and international markets. Please note as a commercial and legal notice: AXDIX services and operational frameworks are primarily optimized and delivered within Palestine. Due to variations in cross-border legal compliance costs, international taxation, regional cloud infrastructure expenses, and time-zone specific technical support requirements; the pricing matrices for services and Add-ons published on this website may vary or shift significantly for clients and projects managed or requested from outside the State of Palestine.
AXDIX enforces a cross-jurisdictional compliance matrix that ensures equivalent protection for users worldwide, specifically aligning with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), UK GDPR, and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). We process data based on: Explicit Consent for advertising activities, Contractual Necessity for executing requested software solutions, Legitimate Interests for securing our network and preventing fraud, and Legal Obligation to comply with active legislation.
AXDIX adheres strictly to the 'Data Minimization' principle, limiting collection only to what is necessary for a premium user experience: • Identity and Personal Data: full name, email, phone numbers, and job titles. • Technical and Usage Data: IP address, device type, OS, cookies/pixel identifiers, and crash logs. • Secure Transaction and Billing Data: essential billing details when contracting for our ecosystem services (such as Scale or Techlabs packages). • Correspondence Data: message records and attachments submitted via support forms.
Our platforms utilize essential cookies structurally required for the website's engineering, and analytical/advertising cookies to measure performance and customize campaigns. Non-essential cookies are disabled by default until you grant prior consent via our Cookie Banner. You can modify your preferences or withdraw consent at any time via the 'Cookies' button persistently located in the website footer. We also respect the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal to automatically restrict tracking.
When utilizing Meta Pixel or similar marketing tracking tools, we apply strict privacy safeguards: these tags are strictly limited to pre-approved pages and are never deployed indiscriminately. We also implement Parameter Filtering techniques to strictly block the transmission of any sensitive or personally identifiable data fields to third-party ad servers.
AXDIX guarantees absolute restriction against selling, renting, or trading your personal data with external marketing entities. Data is shared minimally only with trusted Sub-processors under binding data protection contracts. To protect cross-border data transfers, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), deploying full end-to-end encryption during transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest (AES-256).
We implement advanced technical and organizational controls (including firewalls, rigid access control protocols, and periodic system audits) to secure your data against loss or breach. In the highly unlikely event of a digital security breach, we will immediately notify regulatory bodies and affected users within the legal timeframes. Data is retained only for the period necessary to fulfill the operational purposes outlined or to comply with local financial and tax obligations.
AXDIX ensures you can fully exercise your rights regardless of your location. Under GDPR / UK GDPR, you have the right to: access, rectify, erase (right to be forgotten), restrict, transfer, and withdraw consent. Under CCPA / CPRA, you have the right to: know, delete, correct, and opt-out of data sharing. To exercise your rights, contact us directly at [email protected]; requests are processed following identity verification within a maximum of 30 days.
The Palestinian Amended Basic Law guarantees the right to privacy and the sanctity of private life as an inherent constitutional right for individuals and institutions. Since a unified, comprehensive public data protection law has not yet been independently enacted in Palestine as of this publication date; AXDIX complies with relevant applicable legislation active in the West Bank, notably: the Decree-Law on Cybercrimes, the Electronic Transactions Law, and the Consumer Protection Law. We fully comply with valid judicial orders issued by competent Palestinian courts, alongside applying top international data protection metrics.
