Privacy Policy

1) Controller & Processor

Controller: AXDIX — [email protected]. When acting as a processor for a client, we follow their instructions under a DPA.

2) Scope & Legal Bases

This policy applies to our sites and services. For GDPR/UK GDPR markets, legal bases include consent, contract, legitimate interests, and legal obligation. For cookies and ad measurement we obtain prior consent where ePrivacy/PECR requires. We honor Global Privacy Control and adopt it as a standard.

3) Data We Collect

• Identity: name and contact.
• Technical/usage: IP, device type, pages, cookie/pixel IDs, crash logs.
• Transactions: basic billing details on purchase.
• Communications: support messages and inquiries.

4) Purposes

• Provide and improve the service.
• Security and fraud prevention.
• Analytics and performance measurement.
• Communications and legal compliance.

5) Cookies & Tracking

We use necessary, analytics, and advertising cookies. For non-essential cookies we obtain prior consent where required. You can adjust preferences via the “Manage cookies” control in the footer. We honor GPC and Do-Not-Sell/Share signals where required.

6) Ads & Meta Pixel

We may use Meta Pixel and similar tools with consent where required. We block sensitive fields, scope firing to specific pages, and filter parameters.

7) Sharing with Third Parties

We share only with trusted processors for limited purposes under data-protection agreements, using anonymization where feasible.

8) International Transfers

For transfers outside the EEA/UK we rely on SCCs with the UK Addendum/IDTA, or the EU–US DPF for certified recipients.

9) Retention & Security

We retain data as needed then delete/anonymize securely. We apply reasonable technical and organizational controls and notify where required by law.

10) Your Rights

• GDPR/UK GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, withdraw consent.
• CCPA/CPRA: right to know, correct, delete, opt-out of sale/share, limit sensitive PI use, non-discrimination. We treat GPC as binding.

11) Children’s Privacy

Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children’s data. If discovered we delete promptly.

12) Palestine-specific Note

Privacy is protected under the Amended Basic Law. There is currently no comprehensive Palestinian data-protection statute. We comply with applicable laws and regulations in the West Bank (e.g., cybercrime, e-transactions, consumer protection) and honor valid court orders.
